Damaged product

If you find any damage to the QR code or capsules in the package after receiving the product, it is recommended not to smoke and take photos and contact the customer service specialist as soon as possible to exchange the product.

Vape Maintenance

All hoods come with 30 days of free replacement and maintenance service after placing an order. If the 30 days have expired, you don’t have to worry. You only need to reimburse the replacement price of $100 and send the broken unit to us to get a brand new hood.

Pods Maintenance

When you find that there is a problem with the pods(e.g. oil leakage, unusual smell, frosting or oil discoloration), do not use it. Please keep it and ask the customer service specialist to replace it (3 pills for 1 box), but the oil must be more than half before it can be replaced. .
